Pupil Wellbeing
The well-being of our students is paramount for our school. The next month or so will be challenging for everybody, especially if we are staying indoors. This will be particularly so for many of our young people. Some are dreading being indoors or being limited in their movements and communication. And this, inevitably, can impact on their mental health.

There are many positive ideas on social media that aim to help us deal with the restrictions on our movements. This example in the form of a 30 day daily task planner is one example of having something meaningful to do everyday. You could also create your own. Click on the PowerPoint below to access these ideas.

Along with this, to support our students' mental health, the PowerPoint also contains a list of organisations that could be of great support to our students in the coming weeks.

Young Minds is an excellent organisation that offers great support for young people. Check out their excellent blog here.

In the meantime, take care of yourselves and each other.
