Our students remember...
The month of November is the month of Holy Souls. During these weeks, our students have been coming to the chapel to remember those who have died. But this is not a mournful and sad time in the chapel. They get to learn about the communion of saints and get guidance on the Christian belief about life after death and our faith tells us that death is not the end; life changes but does not end.

As part of the service, they take a slip of paper and write the name of a loved one who has died. They then, in a symbolic act, link that person into the chain of saints (pictured) helping them to remember that their loved ones are part of the communion of saints. They then take time to pray in the presence of them and each other, lighting candles for the people they are remembering.
