Pupils transferring from Primary to Secondary School in 2020

Admission to Maricourt High School is via the Common Application Form (CAF) provided by Sefton or from your local education authority if you live outside the Sefton area. A Supplementary Faith Form must also be completed if you are applying to our school against the priorty faith criteria. If our school is oversubscribed, failure to complete this form may result in the application for a place being considered against lower priority critieria, as the Governing Body will have no information upon which to assess the application on the basis of the applicant's baptism and/or membership of the faith community. We welcome both Catholic and Non-Catholic pupils.

In order to ensure that applicants are considered under the correct admission criteria, parents are strongly encouraged to complete the school's Supplementary Faith Information Form which is available from the link below. This must be completed in addition to the Local Authority's Admission Application Form. Without the Supplementary Faith Information Form, the Governors will not be able to fully consider any applications for admission to the school in categories 1-8. The Supplementary Faith Information Form for September 2020 admission must be submitted to the school by 31 October 2019 .
